Exchange and return
When a piece of clothing does not fit, is different from what you expected or there is a fault, you can return the item. Below we explain our Exchange & Return Policy:
14 days to reconsider
Once you have received your package, you have 14 calendar days to decide whether you want to keep the purchase or whether you want to send it back. After cancellation, you once again have 14 days to send the product back to us.
Conditions of withdrawal
The product must be sent back in the original packaging and complete with all accessories and tags or cards, unworn and without damage.
You wish to return an item:
Step 1: Send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you wish to return an item. We will mail you a label that you can use to send the package back to us for free.
Step 2: Please fill in the withdrawal form and add it to the return package. You will find the form enclosed in your package together with the invoice. If you cannot find the form you can download it here.
Step 3: Upon receipt of the returned article we can exchange it for an other article or we can refund the amount paid.
- Exchange: When an article of clothing does not fit or is different than you expected, you can ask for a different size or model. No additional shipping costs will be charged.
- Money back: When an article of clothing does not meet your expectations and you don't want to exchange it for another item, we can refund your money.
You will get credited for the full order amount EXCLUDING SHIPPING.
The amount paid will be refunded within 14 days after you indicate that you want to return the product on condition that the package is back in our possession or that we can check that it is on its way with bpost.
Refund after payment with Visa, MasterCard, Bancontact or iDEAL: we use MultiSafepay to return the amount paid back to the account which you used to pay for the order. You will receive the refund within 3 working days. With Visa or MasterCard it might not be visible until the next monthly settlement.

Please note: Souplesse Oblige is not liable for shipments lost or damaged during transport. Take care to use good, neutral packaging. Souplesse Oblige does not accept cash on delivery, COD parcels will automatically be declined.
