Aerial Yoga in Antwerp

Yoga in Merksem
As of September 18th I will be teaching the yoga class organised by the city of Antwerp. The class will be on Tuesday 8.00 - 9.30 PM at the school Sint–Lutgardis Campus KVO.

Yoga at the office

Easy Flow Yoga is flowing form of yoga, based on Vinyasa but softer and calmer.
I have received my yoga teacher training from Yogalife, led by Manoj and Sanjeev Bhanot. I can highly recommend this yoga TTC. You can read my blog article on the yoga teacher training by Yogalife. I am also certified to teach yin yoga and aerial yoga. I have taught dance classes for many years and I have been teaching yoga since April 2016.
