We use bpost to deliver our packages in Belgium and the Netherlands.
- Belgum: If you're not at home when the mailman comes by, you can call for a second presentation or you can pick up the package at the post office or PostPunt within 14 days.
- Netherlands: If you're not at home when de mailman comes by, they will come by a second time. There is no collection point.
- The shipping bags are made out of recycled LDPE

Shipping costs are 21% VAT included.
The shipping costs will be visible during the ordering process so that you know what the total amount will be.
Each package has a unique bar code. Thanks to the Track & Trace application by bpost you can follow your package online. We will provide you with that code by e-mail.
If bpost fails to hand over the package to you, you can call for a second presentation or you can pick up the package at the post office or PostPunt within 14 days.
Package not received:
- If you have not received your package within 10 days after the shipment notification, please contact us: email@example.com or 0032 472 59 38 39.
- When your parcel is lost, we start proceedings with bpost. The search may take several weeks. If the package can not be retrieved and cannot be replaced, the full amount paid will be refunded.
- If you have not received your package, bpost might ask for a 'Declaration of non-receipt' and a copy of your ID card.
Can I have an order delivered to my home address?
