Warranty

All our products are covered by the statutory warranty of 2 years on flaws and defects, unless otherwise indicated. The warranty is valid under normal use.

If you rightly claim the warranty Souplesse Oblige will immediately send you a replacement product or return your money.

There can be no warranty claim:

  • in case of damage by intent or negligence
  • If used or maintained improperly
  • normal wear and tear
  • in case of damage due to disregard of washing instructions

Washing instructions

  • Washing: Machine wash clothing inside out, water temperature should not exceed 30° C. Or launder by hand. Use a small amount of liquid detergent. Do not leave the clothing in the washing machine for too long but take it out as soon as possible and hang out to dry. 

  • Drying: Do not use a machine dryer, it's not good for the lycra in sportswear. Hang out to dry. Most fabrics dry easily. 

  • Ironing: It's usually not necessary to iron the clothing. Clothing will last longer if you do not iron.

The Feedback Company

Recently we have started working with The Feedback Company. Customers who have ordered online, received an e-mail a week after their order had been shipped. Customers were then asked to score the webshop. You can read the feedback on Souplesse Oblige.

Complaints procedure

If you have complaints about products that were or were not delivered:

  • once you have received your order you have 14 calendar days to recall your order. Please check the page Exchange and Return
  • if you notice a flaw or defect in the model or fabric of the sportswear, contact us as soon as possible by mail heidi@sodancewear.be or call us 0032 472 59 38 39
  • if you have not received your package within 10 days of the e-mail message saying that your package was on its way, please contact us by e-mail heidi@sodancewear.be or call us 0032 472 59 38 39. If your package got lost, we will start a procedure with bpost. The search can take up a couple of weeks. If bpost cannot retreive the package and we cannot replace the item, you will receive your money back.
  • I will handle your complaint within 3 working days. Please note: sodancewear.be is a one-woman business. When I'm on holiday, it may take a bit longer, but you will receive information about my absence.
  • First contact us about a complaint: heidi@sodancewear.be. If this does not result in a solution, then it is possible to sign up for dispute mediation at Stichting WebwinkelKeur. As of February 15 2016 it is possible for consumers of the European Union to file a complaint through the ODR platform of the European Commission. You can find this ODR platform at http://ec.europa.eu/odr
